Route and Terrain
The 'Seven Hanging Valleys' trail follows cliff tops with some uneven and rocky sections. Be cautious near edges. The descent to the beach involves steep, potentially slippery steps. Not suitable for wheelchairs or those with limited mobility. Hilly in sections.
Sights & Experiences
Explore dramatic limestone cliffs, sea caves, and rock formations like the iconic 'M rock'. Discover hidden coves and enjoy panoramic ocean views. The turquoise waters are perfect for swimming and snorkelling. Some sections offer opportunities for jumping into the sea, and there are caves to explore. Crabs can be found on the rocks.
Parking
Free parking is available but extremely limited. The car park fills very early, especially in summer. Consider arriving very early morning or late afternoon. Access roads may be closed when full.
Recommended Shops
Toilets and a beach food facility are available when you reach the beach. Lots of seaweed can be present. Some areas may be slippery after rain.
